Comprehensive Concussion Rehabilitation: Evaluation and Treatment Training Program
Based on the same clinical framework taught in our live continuing education courses.
Most clinicians don’t struggle because they lack knowledge—they struggle because they don’t have a clear system.
This program is designed to change that.
The Comprehensive Concussion Rehabilitation: Evaluation & Treatment Course is a comprehensive, step-by-step training experience that teaches you how to confidently evaluate, treat, and progress patients with concussion-related symptoms—from initial assessment through full return to activity.
Rather than learning concussion, vestibular, and headache management in isolation, you’ll learn how to integrate these systems into one cohesive clinical approach—so you always know what to do next, even when working with complex or non-improving patients.

Course Description:
The Comprehensive Concussion Rehabilitation: Evaluation & Treatment Course is an evidence-based, online continuing education course designed to provide healthcare professionals with a structured, systems-based approach to concussion evaluation and management. This comprehensive program guides participants through a step-by-step framework that mirrors real-world clinical decision-making, from initial screening and acute management to the treatment of persistent symptoms.
Participants will develop practical skills in assessing and managing key contributors to concussion symptoms, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), autonomic dysfunction, vestibular and oculomotor impairments, sleep disturbances, and cervical spine dysfunction. Emphasis is placed on integrating findings across multiple systems to guide individualized treatment planning and progression.
Through a combination of didactic instruction and clinically applicable strategies, this course equips clinicians to improve consistency, clinical reasoning, and patient outcomes in the management of concussion across a variety of practice settings.
Course Objectives:
Classify different types of concussion and identify key signs, symptoms, and red flags requiring referral based on patient presentation.
Implement evidence-based acute management strategies, including developing appropriate return-to-learn and return-to-play plans based on individual patient factors.
Differentiate types of BPPV and perform appropriate canal-specific assessment and repositioning techniques to resolve symptoms.
Administer and interpret exertion testing (e.g., Buffalo Concussion Treadmill/Bike Test) to establish safe activity thresholds and guide exercise prescription.
Assess common post-concussion sleep disturbances and apply evidence-informed interventions, including sleep hygiene strategies and light-based therapies.
Perform comprehensive vestibular and oculomotor examinations and design targeted intervention strategies to address identified impairments.
Evaluate cervical spine dysfunction and implement evidence-based interventions to address cervicogenic pain, dizziness, and headache.
Each module builds on the last, guiding you from uncertainty to a structured, real-world system you can immediately apply in the clinic.
Program Structure: A Step-by-Step System
This is not a collection of modules—it’s a progressive training program designed to mirror real clinical decision-making.
You’ll move through a clear sequence:
