This course provides clinicians with an evidence-informed overview of sleep dysfunction following concussion, including basic sleep phases, common causes of post-concussion sleep disruption, and the role of the glymphatic system in brain waste clearance. Participants will also learn practical sleep hygiene strategies and explore the use of blue light therapy for managing circadian rhythm phase shift disorders to help support patient recovery.
Step 6
This evidence-based online course teaches clinicians comprehensive evaluation and treatment of vestibular and ocular disorders. Step 7
