Help Students Bridge the Gap Between Classroom Learning and Real-World Clinical Practice

Concussion, vestibular dysfunction, headache, and persistent post-injury symptoms are commonly seen in clinical practice, but students may receive limited practical training in how to evaluate, reason through, and manage these conditions.

This partnership helps academic programs give students more exposure to specialty-level clinical reasoning while still fitting within existing coursework.

The content can be integrated into courses related to:

  • Neurologic rehabilitation

  • Orthopedic rehabilitation

  • Sports medicine

  • Athletic Training clinical education

  • Differential diagnosis

  • Therapeutic exercise

  • Vestibular rehabilitation

  • Clinical reasoning

  • Integrated case-based learning

How It Works

3. Structured Clinical Support

Tier 1 (Implementation Support):
You receive monthly group case discussion and Q&A support to troubleshoot cases, reinforce clinical reasoning, and stay consistent with implementation.

Tier 2 (Integration Partner):
You receive more direct, high-touch support including monthly 1:1 or leadership strategy calls plus priority access for clinical questions and decision support.

4. Ongoing Clinical Updates & Resources

As protocols, systems, and clinical tools evolve, you receive updated materials to ensure your clinic stays aligned with best practices in concussion, vestibular, and headache rehabilitation.

5. Continued Growth & Clinical Confidence

Over time, your team develops consistency in evaluation, treatment decision-making, and patient management—helping you build a recognizable, specialized service line within your community.

Whether you choose Clinical Implementation Support or Clinical Integration Partner, the process is designed to help your clinic confidently apply concussion, vestibular, and headache care systems in real-world practice—not just learn them.

1. Initial Onboarding & Clinical Context

Once you join, we start by understanding your clinic’s current structure, provider experience, and goals. This helps tailor support to your team so guidance is relevant from day one.

2. Integration Into Clinical Practice

You begin applying clinical systems, protocols, and decision-making frameworks within your practice. This is where education turns into real-world implementation with ongoing guidance as needed.

  • “The clinical support program helped our team finally standardize our concussion and vestibular care. We saw better patient flow and more confidence in complex cases within weeks.”

    Alex M

  • “What stood out was how practical everything was. We implemented changes immediately in our clinic without feeling overwhelmed, and it improved consistency across providers.”

    Jamie R

  • The guidance around vestibular assessment and progression completely changed how our clinic handles dizziness cases. It’s now one of our strongest service areas.”
